Metal‑detectable rubber components from NRC are engineered with specialised additives that allow even the smallest fragments to be identified by standard metal‑detection systems. Metal‑detectable Silicone, Viton, Nitrile and EPDM components, such as RJT, Tri clover and DIN seals, from Northern are manufactured exclusively from approved ingredients, fully cured and post-cured to meet FDA compliance requirements.
We supply precision-cut strips converted from our metal detectable sheeting range and can fabricate gaskets, joints and seals to suit your exact requirements. We also offer extruded rubber sections, cords and profiles, in metal‑detectable silicone for more specialised requirements.
Most Northern sheet products are available with our high-temperature adhesive backing for easy installation and reliable performance on materials over 1 mm thick.
